Lease To Own
Our lease to own program allows our customers to pay for their building over time. We offer flexible contracts with 36, 48, and 60 month payment options. There is no credit check, and no early payoff penalties. We also offer a 90 days same as cash period for all lease customers. This option allows people to pay the cash price of their building over the first 90 days of their lease with no additional fees.
If you shop with us at Ron’s Portable Buildings or Quality Buildings, your lease stays with us. We own 100% of our LTO contracts, so you won’t have to deal with multiple different companies when handling your building payments, repair requests, etc.
How It Works
If you choose to purchase your building on a lease contract there are a few extra steps to complete before your purchase is complete.
1. Find the building you want to purchase & start a quote
Once you find the building you are interested in either by working with a dealer or a member of our corporate staff, we will start a quote with your information to give you an exact price including taxes, fees, and delivery costs. Our customers who choose to lease their building will need to provide additional information, and then their order will be processed.
2. Pay overtime in a few different ways
Your first monthly payment will be 30 to 45 days after your order is submitted. You can pay your monthly payment in a few different ways:

In order to set up your account, you will need your customer number and agreement number which we can send you by text, email, or over the phone.

Once we have your card on file, you can text PAY with the last 4 digits of your card on file to our automated system that send you reminders and receipts. This will automatically take out your monthly payment.

3. Payoff your building, & it's yours!

Once you pay off your building, we will mail you a transfer of title.

The faster you pay off your building the less money you will pay overall! Don't forget we don't charge any early payoff penalties.
FAQs
What is the down payment?
For our LTO contracts we require the first monthly payment + taxes and a $50 processing fee down. (Dog Kennels require three monthly payments down.)
For our cash sales you can pay 100% up front, or 50% down & 50% at delivery
Can I pay off my building early?
Absolutely! You can pay off your building at any time during your lease with no penalties. You can also pay off in the first 90 days of your lease to avoid any lease fees and only pay the cash price of the building + taxes. You are still required to make your minimum monthly payment in that 90 day period. If you do not pay off your building in the 1st 90 days your building will automatically change to a normal lease and lease fees are applied to your contract.
Do we report to any credit agencies?
No. We do not report to any credit agencies and do not request or review any credit reports to determine eligibility.
Can I return my building if I no longer need it before the building is paid off?
Yes. We require minimum of 5 monthly payments to be paid and a $200 pick up fee. Once those requirements are met, we will end your lease and pick your building up with no penalties.
Should I expect any additional fees?

Included in your initial down payment, we require a $50 processing fee to start your lease contract.

Lease fees are figured in to your minimum monthly payment and are determined by multiple factors like lease term, cash price of the building, etc.

You have a 4 day grace period after your due date to make your minimum monthly payment. On the 5th day late, you will be charged a $25 late fee.
